I found this link to update the drive firmware. When viewing the HDDs they show "Blocked" "NETAPP" and I can't do anything.

In an effort to upgrade the storage I bought 10 HGST HUC109090CSS600 900GB drives only to find out only Dell certified drives are compatible.
